FAQ
Common questions
How do the reminders work?
Once a key date or workflow step has a due date, The Casebook emails the assigned fee-earner at set intervals before it — no diarising by hand.
Can I name my own key dates?
Yes. Key dates are fully configurable per firm, so they match how your area of law actually works.
Does it cover workflow steps too?
It does — incomplete workflow steps with a due date appear in the same urgency-sorted list as your key dates.
